History
* The company was started on a proprietorship basis as a trading entity, by Mr. Sanjay Jain in 2000
* The company progressed from a point of zero authorized channels, mainly dealing through local traders, till the current scenario, where it enjoys 10 Indian distribution lines
* With a humble beginning in a makeshift office at his residence, the company now operates from sprawling offices in Pune, Mumbai & Singapore
* The company employed just 2 employees & has grown on to employ a total of 40 employees from various fields contributing their expertise & knowledge.
Milestones
* Advent acquisition was a planned move as a part of immediate business expansion for Indian an ASEAN. Now it's fully owned subsidairy of DPK Electrosales India Pvt. Ltd.
* DPK Group is a privately-owned conglomorate from Pune, India and was established in 1989.
* Combiled Group Sales turnover was US$ 20 Million in FY 2008.
* Businesses cover ranging from Jewellery, Finance, Retailing and Electronic Component distribution.
* DPK Electrosales has vision to diversify from retail business to distribution in Electronics Components.
* Busioness activities started with a small retail outlet at Budhwar Peth, Pune in 2000 which is a business district.
* Later started small retail outlet at Lamington Road, Mumbai in 2007 which is all India hub for electronic components business.
